tixy.shop is a ticketing system that brings together independent organizers of concerts, stand-up shows and other live events from all over the world. We work with verified organizers and provide the full technical infrastructure, from online sales to entry control at the event.

tixy.shop gathers the events of every organizer on the system, and you buy tickets directly from them, with no resellers and no service fee.

No. The organizer sets the ticket price, and tixy.shop adds nothing to it. If the payment service charges a fee for the payment, it is shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Choose an event and go to tickets: the organizer's site opens, where you choose seats or the number of tickets and pay for the order. No registration needed, just an email address.

You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure page of the payment service the organizer works with. tixy.shop itself does not take payments: the money goes straight to the organizer.

Right after payment: the tickets arrive by email and open on the tickets page. We recommend saving the PDF tickets to your phone. At the entrance the QR code on your phone screen is enough, no need to print the ticket.

The same page has a “Tickets in Telegram” button: your tickets are saved in the tixy bot, and the day before the bot reminds you about the event.

Tap the bell on the event page, and the tixy bot in Telegram will remind you about it the day before. If the event is moved or cancelled, the bot will tell you that too.

Yes: concerts by Ukrainian artists in Poland, Germany, the Baltics, Scandinavia and other European countries, priced in euros. The listings show events in your country first; choose another city in the “Events” heading.

Check your Spam and Promotions folders. Not there either? Send the tixy bot in Telegram the email address you used at checkout: after you enter the code from the email, it shows your tickets in the chat.

Made a typo in the address? Contact the organizer directly: their name and website are on the event page.

After a move, your ticket is valid for the new date, and you don't need to do anything. If the event is cancelled or the new date doesn't suit you, the organizer refunds the money on their own terms.

If you added your tickets to the tixy Telegram bot, it will message you about it in the chat, with the organizer's email.

We work directly with verified event organizers and artists. Our partners include the Vechornytsi service, the European concert agency Tikhonov Agency and the band KALUSH Orchestra.

Artists' official social media profiles and websites link to the sites that run on the tixy.shop ticketing system. After buying a ticket on any of them, you'll see a link to our Telegram bot.

Beware of scammers: tixy.shop itself does not take payments, and the organizer's site is shown on every event page. The official tixy bot in Telegram is @tixyshopbot.
